The Architectural Control Guidelines and Procedures were developed to reflect the requirements of the Restrictive Covenants of the Huntington Forest Homeowners Association in regard to exterior alterations, additions, improvements and proper maintenance of homeowner lots or common areas.

The Architectural Review Committee meets on the first Monday of each month. Completed requests for ARC approval received by COB on the last Monday of a month will be reviewed for a vote the following week. Approval requests received after this deadline will be reviewed at the monthly meeting 5-6 weeks later. Exceptions may be made for emergency repairs relating to safety issues.
